Must Improve Cardio

My half marathon training schedule is on as scheduled.  I had intended to move my one hour run up to today, but I have found time in the evening on Christmas day for a light run.

Today, I did 15 minutes of cardio HIIT which completely floored me.  Cardio has always been difficult for me unless done first thing in the morning.  I am add “improve cardio” to my To-Do list.
