My coworkers have been dropping like flies due to the flu. I thought I was going to scrape by, but alas, I was mistaken.
I had nothing major on my training calendar yesterday. I do like to get in some squats daily, but I had to miss those.
My next run is scheduled for tomorrow. Today’s mission is to rest up, do some yin yoga, and prepare for that run. Here’s hoping that the flu will step aside, and let me get back to work!
