This afternoon, I came home from my day job feeling a bit lazy and in need of a good run.  The weather conditions didn’t lend themselves to running outdoors, and I did have a T25 workout burning a hole in my hard drive.  So I opted to stay in for some much needed cardio training.

A friend of mine decided to start the program yesterday, and promised it would deliver feel-good feelings and sore quadriceps.

For a 25 minute cardio session, it killed me!  I confessed in another post that I want to get better at cardio.

*Being a Certified Personal Trainer does not make you a perfect human specimen with maxed out dexterity and agility points.  It is life long training.

I feel good.  I feel great actually, but I am craving another trail run (which I have already scheduled for Sunday).
