Today was a three hour yoga day.  That doesn’t happen very often, but it isn’t completely uncommon.

My personal yoga practice plan is pretty simple:  1 hour.  6 days.  In general, Saturdays are my rest days, because I teach yoga for two hours.  Adding an hour of person push practice is just crazy.  Flat out crazy.

I completely mismanaged my time, and was unable to do my one hour yesterday which meant today was make up day!

All of this is to say, here are my stats for the day:

Yoga:  180 minutes

Meditation:  20 minutes

Long run:  Tomorrow
