I have recently been confined a bit more than normal.
Nashville was covered in ice and snow for the first time in a long while. Side walks and roads were too icy for running (and walking in most cases).
During the two week of “weather”, I stuck to yoga and HIIT in my kitchen which is my favorite place to workout.
I am currently experiencing a shoulder and rib issue that I have ignored for far too long. I am taking care of this Friday by seeing my favorite sport massage therapist.
Time for ice to melt inside and out!
