Hot Not Wings Recipes

This is a meat-free and tofu-free “Hot Wing” recipe that I’ve used at more than one Super Bowl.  It is also good to satisfy cravings for delicious, bad-for-you bar food!


1 head of cauliflower
Franks’s Hot Sauce (or your favorite hot sauce–I love Sriracha, but I find that Frank’s is better for this dish)
Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • Preheat your oven to 350.
  • Rinse and chop your cauliflower into bit sized pieces.
  • In a casserole dish, layout your “wings” trying to not pile the pieces atop one another if possible.
  • Pour the olive oil over the cauliflower.  You can add more if your head of cauliflower was larger.
  • Now for the hot sauce.  This is all you, baby! Add as much or as little as you like.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder as generously as you like.  I use roughly 2 TBSP.
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper to go!
  • Pop in the oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite ranch dressing!
