5 minute walk to warm up
3 sets of 12 weighted plie squats – 15 pound dumbbell
3 sets of 12 pelvis lifts/bridge raises – 15 pound weights in each hand for a total of 30 pounds
3 sets of 12 traditional squats with weight – 10 pound dumbbell
30 sit ups
3 minute plank
One set of 12 ssingle arm, bent, dumbbell rows –  one on each side with a 10-pound dumbbell
5 minutes of sun salutations to cool down
