3 minute warm up – leg swings, knee raises, jumping jacks, boxer Shuffle
3 sets of 12 plie squats with 10-pound weight
3 sets of 12 weighted bridges with 25 pound dumbbell
3 sets of 12 weighted squats with 20 pound weight
3 sets of 12 superset squat – weighted suitcase squats with a hammer curl and press- 15 pounds in each hand
3 sets of 12 High lunge axe swings from bottom to top with 15 pound dumbbell- repeat on opposite side
3 sets of 12 dead bug crunches
3 sets of 12 bent-over rows with 15 pound dumbbells
3 sets of 12 dumbbell raises with 5-pound weights
3 sets of 12 shoulder shrugs with 20-pound weights
5 minute yoga cool down including foam roller
