In all my classes this month, we are centering around the theme of overcoming fear of falling. I’ve never met anyone who’s gone their entire life without a single fall. Have you?
Falling is a part of life. I, myself, have fallen twice in the last two months! For the record, I normally do not fall this much. I have a pair of shoes that disagree with my steps.
Part of overcoming the fear of falling is embracing the fact that you will fall. Someday, we all fall down.
So, if falling is something that we simply cannot prevent, then we need to prepare our bodies for the fall. We have to embrace the fall.
