I write in the afternoon, and I tried to take a little break to do some sort of physical activity.

Evening

 1 hour of yoga

3 sets of 5 dead lifts with two 8 pound dumbbells
3 sets of 5 squats with 8 pound dumbbell pick up
3 sets of 5 boat poses with dumbbell curves – 8 pound weights in each hand.
