10am – 20 Bodyweight Squats

11am – 66 Bodyweight Squats

 

Evening Workout

10 Minute Warm-up Jog

10 Bench Step-ups drawing knee to chest (no weights)

10 more on opposite side

10 Static Bicep Curls with Hammer Twist (no weights)

5 Bench Step-ups drawing the knee to chest ( 10 pounds on each shoulder) 

5 Bench Step-ups drawing the knee to chest ( 10 pounds on each shoulder) 

10 Static Bicep Curls with a Hammer Twist at the top (10 pounds in each hand) 

10 Static Bicep Curls with a Hammer Twist at the top (10 pounds in each hand) 

10 Reverse Flies (5 or 10 pound weight)

30 Second Active Rest (walking and arm stretches)

Repeat 5 times
10 Minute Yoga Cool Down
