Day 3 of our posture challenge is just as simple as yesterday!
Today, we will use the exercises and tools from the little study we did in front of the mirror.
Perform the exercises from yesterday in front of mirror four times holding the tall posture for four full seconds. Count the seconds like this: 1-llama-llama-duck, 2-llama-llama-duck, etc. Why? Because it is funnier than saying 1-1 thousand.
Remember: DO NOT HOLD YOUR BREATH! Breath like human. 🙂
