R1:  12, 12

R2:  14, 10, 14, 8, 8

Sit-ups

R1:  14, 10, 8, 6, 6, 4

R2:  16, 12, 8, 8, 6,6

Squats

R1:  32, 18, 14, 22

R2:  36, 18, 15, 25

Cool

Foam Roll – 15 minutes
