I did the first half of the run with my dog.

This run was interesting.  I did this run without eating or having coffee.  I had a drink of water and hit the door running with River.

Running on an empty stomach felt … weird.  I know people that do it and love it.  I am not sure if I am sold on it yet.

I did get a good protein rich breakfast in after and two large cups of coffee.  And, yes, lots of water.

1 hour of yoga to come this evening at 6:30p.
