10 reps Bent Over One Arm DB Lat Raises

10 Standing Rear Delt Rotations

10 DB Bent Over Rows

10 Squats

10 Lunges

x3

20 minutes of yoga

TOTAL WORKOUT TIME:  35 MINUTES

*All Dumbbells (DB) used were five pounds each.  I have a rotator cuff issue in my left shoulder and a labrum tear in my right shoulder.  While I can lift heavier on some of these exercises, I chose to stick with the mighty five pounders for today.
