I used five-pound dumbbells for all exercises requiring weight.  Physical therapist’s orders!

15 standing v raises

15 shoulder press

15 kickbacks

15 triceps extensions

15 in + out curls (hammer + wide)

10 inside curls left

10 inside curls right

15 reverse fly

20 L raises aka cheerleaders

15 dips

15 bench press

15 reverse curls

10 negative curls

x2
